• All machine-based games use certified random number generation (RNG). The outcome of each round is independent of all previous rounds.
• Live dealer games use physical cards dealt by real human dealers under HD camera surveillance. Game outcomes are final once the dealer completes the hand or round.
• In the event of a technical failure (disconnection, browser crash, server error) mid-game, the round result will be determined by the server-side record. If no server record exists, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

• Event Postponements: If a sporting event is postponed for less than 24 hours and then takes place as rescheduled, bets will stand. If an event is postponed beyond 24 hours, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Bets: In-play bets are settled based on the official result of the specific market at the time of settlement. Bets placed after a triggering event (e.g. a wicket in cricket) but before the market is suspended are subject to voiding at 3999 Bet's discretion.
• Cricket – DLS Method: If a cricket match is affected by weather and a result is determined using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, all pre-match match result bets stand on the DLS result. If a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying overs are completed, all bets are voided.
• Accumulator Bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues as if that leg was not included (the multiplier is adjusted accordingly). If two or more legs are voided, the accumulator is settled on the remaining valid legs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3999 Bet. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may forfeit all funds held in the account:
